Dammit Dolls are handmade! To care for a handmade plush doll, it's generally recommended to be gentle.

• Add a light touch of mild detergent like dish soap, avoiding harsh chemicals.
• If you're unsure, to treat an inconspicuous area of the fabric first before cleaning the whole doll.
• Air dry.

If you find your stain to be stubborn, consider machine washing on gentle settings in a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase. This is recommended because hair, arms, and legs can get stuck on or in the agitator.

What is your return policy?

We're grateful for your business! As long as your product meets the following requirements, we are happy to accept your return:

• Item(s) must be unopened, in original sellable condition.
• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date received.
• We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website, www.dammitdolls.com. If you purchased your product from any other source, please contact their customer service department to handle the return.
• Shipping is non-refundable.

Defective Product: If for any reason the product you have ordered from this website arrives damaged or defective, we will be glad to replace it within 30 days of the date you received the product.
