  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date received.
  • We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website, www.dammitdolls.com. If you purchased your product from any other source, please contact their customer service department to handle the return.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.

Defective Product: If for any reason the product you have ordered from this website arrives damaged or defective, we will be glad to replace it within 30 days of the date you received the product. Please contact us at customerservice@dammitdolls.com, attach a photo of the defect or otherwise explain the issue, and we will be happy to help you make that exchange!
