Dammit Dolls are handmade! To care for a handmade plush doll, it's generally recommended to be gentle.

Hand wash with cold water
Add a light touch of mild detergent like dish soap, avoiding harsh chemicals.
If you're unsure, to treat an inconspicuous area of the fabric first before cleaning the whole doll.
Air dry.

If you find your stain to be stubborn, consider machine washing on gentle settings in a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase. This is recommended because hair, arms, and legs can get stuck on or in the agitator.
